Extrusion is much different than molding. Extruded parts are forced through a cross-section die while under pressure. Because these parts are often made with soft, unvulcanized rubber compounds, the resulting extruded rubber product is in a soft, pliable state. Finished extruded products typically need to be vulcanized, or hardened, before they can be used.

We’ll make sure we get just the right profile and material for your purpose, whether highly specialized or decorative. We also cut profiles to length and splice profiles in gaskets or seals.

We know your timelines and budgets are tight, so we work wisely and efficiently to develop the right product the first time. We also offer cost-effective prototypes and small production runs where needed.

Minimum order size applies to each part.

If you need rubber, we’ll have it. If we don’t have it, we’ll find it. If we can’t find it, we’ll make it.
