For products that require the stability of metal but the flexibility of rubber, rubber-to-metal bonding is an excellent solution. This process involves a mold, but the mold has metal inserts that the rubber is bonded to during the molding process. A heat-activated adhesive is sprayed onto the metal parts before they’re put into the mold. The resulting bond is often stronger than the elastomer itself!

One process. Infinite possibilities.

If you need a custom part, we say bring on the challenge! Our extensive experience has tested and perfected our process over the last 50 years.

Here’s how it works:

Ask us about custom design.

We know your timelines and budgets are tight, so we work wisely and efficiently to develop the right product the first time. We also offer cost-effective prototypes and small production runs where needed.
